This is an ancient Mexican style, unfermented cacao (a tradition of Mexico Cacao Lavado, in Tabasco, Mexico) normally meant for drinking cacao. This also makes a beautiful 100% cacao bar, rich in flavor, culture and history. Lavado cacao is washed, and then left to dry in the sun, which retains more natural flavor and color. Tasting notes: pecan, blueberry, citrus, earthiness.
